Have had several hip cap tiles come off our original roof over the years when we have had really high winds.  Sentry has typically been able to come out and replace them within a day or two at most from the time I called.  Quick, friendly, and professional roof repair service at a very reasonable price.  Will definitely keep them in mind when it comes time to replace the roof.
